Premium extra-virgin olive oil made using Grignano (55%), Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccio del Corno and Maurino olives grown in Valpolicella. The olives are milled with no other treatment whatsoever. Yellow in color with light hints of green, this oil is slightly fruity on the nose and fruity on the palate, with a pleasantly bitter and delicately musky finish.
