The winery’s Grand Cru wine ruby red in color and with a wraparound bouquet releasing pleasant hints of red fruit, blueberry and blackberry which evolve into more intense sensations of black cherry, cooked plum and jam. A tasting experience that develops over several moments, revealing the complexity and richness of this wine.
The winery’s Grand Cru wine, made from Corvina Veronese grapes, was conceived with total respect for its bond with its terroir. Its intense, loaded ruby-red notes tingle the glass and let thick, consistent bows slip through, while the nose is enwrapping with pleasant notes of red fruit, black cherry, blackberry and plum. It is a rich, flavorful and mineral corvina with firm tannins that give a pleasantly long finish and pairs well with grilled meats, roasts, game and cured meats. Enjoyable with aged cheeses or rich tomato and spice sauces.
“My first consideration regarding the Valpolicella area has always been to create a new, unique wine; a wine that would respect the indigenous characteristics of the Veronese grape varieties in Valpolicella and at the same time stand out for its personality and singularity.”
