We provide shipping services both within Italy and internationally.
In Italy, we offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping is free for orders over €250.
For international shipments, costs vary based on the destination country and applicable customs duties.
The countries we ship to include: Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Colombia, Korea, Croatia, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Greece, India, Canary Islands, Israel, Liechtenstein, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Russia, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, USA, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Ukraine.
The bottles are carefully wrapped to ensure maximum protection during transport, while preserving their quality and integrity.
Single bottles without a wooden box or case are sold in multiples of 6, either mixed. All other cases/boxes can be purchased individually instead. It is also possible to assemble a case or wooden box of 2, 3 or 6 wines from the “wine cases” page.
We accept payments via PayPal and credit cards through Stripe.

In accordance with Article 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, the user shall have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the day of delivery of goods. In the case of a mistake on the part of Zenato, the shipping costs for the return of the product will be covered by the company, otherwise, in the case of mere second thought or mistake made by the customer at the moment of purchase, the shipping costs will be entirely at the customer’s expense.
