Made from pure Trebbiano di Lugana grapes using champenois method. Intense straw yellow in color with golden hues, elegant lingering bubbles and creamy texture. Crisp, mouthfilling, with a zesty bouquet result of a fine and rich winemaking process. Balanced taste and enveloping on the palate, crisp and smooth, characterized by pleasing high-toned acidity vein that gives extreme sharpness. The harvest is carried out manually in the second week of September.
