Distilled from Trebbiano di Lugana pomace using alembic pot stills, this grappa’s water-like color is perfectly clear and transparent. The nose is intense and powerful and its notes of ripe fruit and spices are bolstered by the alcohol. On the palate, the grappa is dry although not excessively so.
