It is a wine with a solid, bright color; it reveals all the attributes of its land of origin with a complex, spicy scent elegance. It represents the absolute identity with which Zenato’s experience and tradition engages in the world.
Produced only in top vintages. This graceful wine is made from a selection of Corvina and Rondinella grapes grown in the oldest vineyards in the township of Sant’Ambrogio in Valpolicella’s “classic” zone.
Following vinification, it undergoes long-term aging for at least 4 years in Slavonian oak casks.
This wine has a deep ruby red color, evolving toward garnet tones as the years go by.
Its bouquet is intense and fruity, with clear notes of cherry, morello cherry and small berries, enriched by spicy tones. Warm fullness and great structure emerge on the palate.
A wine that can age and be enjoyed for more than 20 years.
